The Overview of the Review

When I start looking at the program, the following stands out. Firstly, Joel discovered this action plan by accident. It begs me to ask the question, "Do GOOD things come from accidents"?
I believe they do. We all learn from our mistakes, we always have from a little child. That's what life is all about.

The next thing that stands out is the fact that you can CHEAT and still have the foods that you crave at regular intervals. I feel this is important, because why should you feel that you are been punished by not having the foods that you like. At least you will see a food advertisement, and be able to say that Saturday I will be able to have that meal. It gives you something to look forward too. You will not be saying, "It's not fair that my diet or eating plan doesn't allow that burger etc."

Thirdly the whole issue of guilt is eliminated. I have been there many a time. You are been a diligent follower of your eating plan; you see something and crave it. You buy and and enjoy it. Right there and there the GUILT starts, and you feel really BAD.

Fourthly the choice of Food is interesting. Most diets remove starches like rice and potatoes. I like my potatoes, don't take them away from me. They also eliminate pasta and bread. I also like my bread, and that has always been my downfall. Bread is always easy to grab and eat, there is no preperation required. Who wants to cook, most haven't got that type of patience or time.

Fifthly the food is easy, doesn't require you to be home and prepare them. If you travel a lot like me, then you can get the food anywhere and it can be prepared by any fast food outlet. So you don't eperience all the inconvenience of having to cart food with you.

I thought I would give you this to chew on, I will be looking at more of "Cheat Your Way Thin" lifestyle in the next post.
